Urban Hotel Designs’s Best Rate Guaranteed ensures that the rate you see on our site is the best available online. If within 12 hours of booking you find a lower price with the same conditions, we will meet the price and apply an extra 20% discount.

Treatment is not applicable for reservations made on same day of arrival.

Conditions of application of our Best Rate Guaranteed:

It is recommended to send an e-mail to info@urbanhotel.it
The e-mail must contain:

• Reservation number confirmed on www.urbanhotel.it
• Name and Surname of the guest
• Email address
• Phone Number
• Exact address (link) of the website where lower rate was found
• Total Rate found on www.urbanhotel.it
• Total Rate found on another website
• Screen shot image of the site where the lower rate was found

Additional information and comments

Urban Hotel Design will verify the request for the Best Rate Guaranteed and will send a confirmation of the new reservation via e-mail. The latter will include the new rate (net of taxes and 20% off) and will proceed in cancelling the original reservation previously confirmed at a higher rate.
If  Urban Hotel Design considers the request unacceptable, an email will be sent with the relative explanation.
Urban Hotel Design reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the Terms and Conditions that govern this event.
